Good hood, easy install

I grabbed a wall mount range hood from Ciarra last month. It came pretty quick, took 4 days to reach my place in Ohio. Installation was straightforward, which was a relief. It looks good in the kitchen and definitely pulls out all the cooking smells. Happy with it.

Decent range hood, some delivery issues

I bought an angled range hood during their holiday sale. The price was really good for the features, especially with the Plasma+ technology which seems to make a difference. Installation was a bit fiddly, the instructions could be clearer on the wiring. Also, shipping took longer than expected, about 8 days to get to me, even with free shipping. Customer service was helpful when I called about the delay, though. Overall, a solid product for the money, but they could improve on the delivery estimates and clarity of installation guides.

I think it's usually free for most orders, at least for the US. I bought some pots and pans from them and shipping was free.

My friend has a Broan, and it's fine, but my Ciarra hood feels a bit more modern and sleek. Suction power is comparable though, depending on the model.

I returned a hob once, no issues. Just keep the original packaging and make sure you do it within the timeframe. They'll tell you how.

I think it depends on your skill level honestly. The instructions were pretty clear for my under cabinet one, but an island hood might be more involved with the ducting and all.
